ABOUT

R&R AESTHETICS

R&R Aesthetics is a holistic, results-driven skincare studio dedicated to helping clients advocate for their skin, reconnect with their body, and experience intentional, restorative care. Rooted in the belief that skin health is inseparable from overall wellbeing, the studio blends modern clinical treatments with somatic, hands-on techniques to support long-term balance, not just quick fixes.

As a multi-published, award-winning practice recognized by the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, R&R Aesthetics has become a trusted space for those seeking a deeper, more grounded approach to skincare. Every service is designed to honor both the physiology of the skin and the reality of everyday life, meeting you where you are, without pressure, judgment, or overwhelm.

Specializing in advanced corrective treatments, R&R Aesthetics utilizes professional systems exclusively from Lira Clinical and ProCell Therapies, including intelligent Smart Peels and Procell Microchanneling Supporting modalities such as radiofrequency, microcurrent, and customized hydrodermabrasion are incorporated when appropriate to strengthen skin function and elevate results always with intention and always with respect for what your body ultimately needs.

What sets R&R apart is the commitment to touch. Treatments are intentionally crafted with extensive facial massage, rooted in certified training and somatic practice. Guided movements help release muscular tension, support lymphatic flow, and create deeper connection within the body, allowing clinical outcomes to be achieved without abandoning the restorative elements clients crave.

R&R Aesthetics also serves as a resource hub for those seeking a more integrative lifestyle. Through local referrals, curated recommendations, and connections within the holistic community clients are invited, never pressured, to explore the broader factors that shape skin health. The goal is simple: Leave with clarity, education, and the support to continue your wellbeing journey in whatever ways feel aligned for you.

In this space, skincare becomes ritual. Science meets intuition. And you’re guided back to the root of what your skin has been trying to tell you all along.

MEET FAITH

OWNER & AESTHETICIAN

A young woman with long, wavy blonde hair standing in front of a textured glass garage door. She is wearing a black jacket, a beige top, and black jeans with zippers. She has tattoos visible on her left arm and a neutral facial expression.

Faith Cullison is the owner, founder, and practitioner behind R&R Aesthetics, a licensed aesthetician with multiple advanced certifications, including specialized training in facial massage and somatic-focused skincare. Dedicated to restoring the relationship between skin, body, and self, Faith brings years of experience blending advanced clinical treatments with intentional, restorative touch. Her work is grounded, educated, and deeply intuitive, guiding each session with a commitment to both science and embodiment.

As a multi-published, award-winning esthetician, Faith continues her education across all aspects of holistic, results-driven skincare. Her approach integrates professional systems such as Lira Clinical and ProCell Therapies with massage-centered, nervous-system-supportive techniques designed to strengthen skin function from the inside out.

Faith opened R&R Aesthetics in 2019 with the intention of creating a sanctuary, one where clients could return to themselves not only through skincare, but through self-advocacy, clarity, and grounded connection. Root communication has always been the foundation of her work: understanding the “why” beneath symptoms, supporting long-term change, and honoring the lived experience of the person behind the skin.

I didn’t start in aesthetics the way most people do. I actually went to school planning to become an effects makeup artist. I joined a cosmetology program, worked as a receptionist in an upscale salon, and thought my path would be all makeup brushes and movie magic. Long story short, Aesthetics pulled me in so strongly that I ended up switching over and diving fully in. Even back before Aesthetics school, I knew one thing for sure: I didn’t want to work for people, I wanted to work with them. I’ve had a lot of jobs (honestly, more than I care to admit,) but looking back, every single one taught me something I use now as a business owner. Communication, organization, boundaries, leadership, reading people, supporting people - all of it shaped me long before I ever opened a business. Right out of school everyone told me not to go solo, and I did it anyway! I poured myself into mentorships, hands-on learning, and studying everything I could about ingredients, skin function, and treatment philosophy. I spent my free time reading, practicing, and trying to understand not just how the skin behaves, but why. In 2019, I moved from Phoenix to Prescott and opened my studio immediately. It was small, it was a little scary, but it was mine. Six years later, I’m still here growing, learning, and so grateful. What has held my attention from day one is the way the skin tells a story. Your skin is never just “acting up,” it’s communicating… stress, hormones, inflammation, exhaustion, environment, lifestyle, and deeper emotional currents. I’ve never been interested in quick fixes or surface-level results. I care about the root of things. I care about helping people understand the language their skin speaks so they can advocate for themselves with more compassion and less frustration. That’s why my work lives at the intersection of clinical and intuitive. I love the science, and I love the somatic experience, the nervous-system piece, the intentional touch, the grounded space where your body finally gets to exhale. Results matter, but so does how you feel while we get you there. I keep my education going constantly and I’m certified across several major lines because my clients use all kinds of products. I want to understand what’s supported them and what might have been working against their goals.”

GETTING TO KNOW

FAITH

Outside the studio, life looks only slightly different and just as full. Right when I had first opened my studio, I met Korin, the love of my life, and he’s been the person who has always fiercely supported my dreams and puts up with all the late night conjurings when my head is over flowing with new ideas whether for my business or for life in general. We have our beautiful daughter, Artemis Joan, who is my whole heart walking around outside my body. We’re an adventurous little crew: Jeep trails, forest roads, traveling with our husky, Rune, music always playing, and me having to remember to slow down, breathe and really take it all in- this is 100% the life I always prayed for and have frankly worked my butt off to get to and will continue to do so! My spirituality, my values, and my sense of purpose guide everything I do inside and outside the treatment room.

I’m really glad I get to show up as myself in what I do especially as to encourage others to do the same! I love creating a space where people can walk in, breathe out, and feel like they don’t have to perform. They can just exist. Be held. Be seen. And maybe understand themselves a little more by the time they leave. That’s the heart behind R&R Aesthetics. And it’s been the honor of a lifetime to grow it, one intentional step at a time. When I’m not in the studio, you can probably find me at a local coffee shop, or my favorite gym. I love meeting new people and sharing stories, getting to talk - really just talk can open so many doors of not just information but new ways of life!

At the end of the day, I’m still figuring out how to cultivate the life I want with hands open, learning as I go, but I feel like I’ve got a pretty good start! I’m grateful for where I am, especially getting to live in Prescott with a community that has shown me so much support.
