HI, I'M FAITH

The hands behind the ritual

I didn't start R&R because I dreamed of owning a business. I started it because I knew I wanted to work with people, not simply perform a service for them.

I wanted to create the kind of space I was always searching for myself: somewhere you could be cared for without performing. A sanctuary for reflection and connection, but also for quiet — for the kind of stillness we rarely allow ourselves anywhere else. Skincare became the medium, but the relationship has always been the heart of it.

Motherhood has only made that clearer. My daughter, Arty, is my why in nearly everything I do. Becoming her mother has asked me to become more honest about who I am, more intentional about the life I'm building, and more willing to keep learning. She has helped me step more fully into the woman I think I was always meant to become.

I'm building that life alongside my fiancé, Korin, who is actually the co-founder of the R&R name. Together, we're trying to create something honest with plenty of whimsy. A life where we remain teachable, use the gifts we've been given well, and hopefully leave the people around us feeling a little more supported, understood, and free to be themselves.

Outside the studio, I'm a Jeep girl, happiest somewhere near the trees and a campfire. I love nature just as fiercely as I love filling every square inch of our home with things that make me feel something. I am a maximalist through and through — there is quite literally not a bare wall in our house.

And speaking of decoration, I'm a fairly decorated human myself. I love tattoos, self-expression, unusual things, and the oddities of life. I'm drawn to anything with a story, especially the parts that are a little strange, imperfect, or difficult to categorize.

I think that's probably what R&R has become, too.

A place where nothing about you needs to be edited down before you walk through the door. Where we can be curious about what your skin is communicating, tend to what's underneath the surface, or simply let you be quiet for a while.

Because before R&R is a skincare practice, it is a place built by a person for people.

And these are the hands behind the ritual.

Clinical care, held gently

My work begins with barrier function. Before I think about correcting pigmentation, acne, texture, or signs of aging, I want to understand how your skin is functioning, what it can tolerate, and what may be disrupting its ability to protect and repair itself.

I specialize in corrective treatments with a particular love for chemical peels. But corrective doesn't have to mean aggressive. I don't believe your skin needs to be punished into changing, and I don't measure a successful treatment by how much peeling, redness, or discomfort we can create. The goal is meaningful change while respecting the skin we're asking to make it.

That philosophy extends beyond the results themselves. I care deeply about the experience of being treated. You can come to me for clinical correction and still receive softness, intention, touch, quiet, and space to settle. Results matter to me tremendously — but so does how you feel while we work toward them.

Over the years, I've continued to add modalities that support that approach, including advanced chemical peel systems, microcurrent, radiofrequency, cryo-restoration, and ProCell Therapies microchanneling. I'm also a ProCell educator, which gives me the privilege of teaching other practitioners while continually sharpening my own understanding of skin, healing, and responsible correction.

I don't work from a protocol simply because a concern has a name. I look at the skin in front of me, the person it belongs to, its history, its barrier, and what it is communicating that day. Sometimes the right choice is correction. Sometimes it's restoration. Often, it's knowing when not to do more.

Prescott has been incredibly generous to R&R through awards, nominations, features, referrals, and years of trust. I'm grateful for every bit of it.

Enough about me — I want to know your story

I'd love to hear what your skin has been dealing with, and help you make the next chapters glow.
